We are searching for a Structural Engineer to join our Professional Design Group. This role is designed for a seasoned professional to provide expertise to clients while training, mentoring, and developing junior staff. You will collaborate with in-house multidisciplinary teams to support a diverse range of projects across different industries.
Your day-to-day will involve scope evaluation, project planning, technical review, construction administration, and quality control. You will also support Pond's construction management group in design-build efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting structural design projects and grow professionally in a collaborative environment, with the added potential to support multiple markets.

Additional experience in supporting multiple markets. Additional licenses beyond SE licensure. Preferred experience with RISA 3D. Specific experience with non-building structures. Familiarity with DOD/Federal design standards and UFCs.
Skills: Structural Design, Structural Engineering, Se License, Risa 3D, Revit, Autocad, Ibc, Asce, Aci, Aisc.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
