You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and providing high-level technical leadership. From concept through construction, you will oversee structural design, prepare engineering analyses and reports, and ensure the successful execution of complex projects.
Beyond technical delivery, this position involves mentoring structural engineering staff and actively driving business development efforts. You will serve as a technical resource, guiding project engineers and design staff on engineering principles, standards, and best practices. The role requires analyzing complex structural challenges to develop effective, practical solutions while maintaining rigorous quality assurance and control.
