Here, cars are inspected, perfected, and photographed before reaching the Carvana website. As an Auto Painter, you will be a vital part of this mission, using state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to deliver exceptional vehicles to our customers.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Painter, you will join a team dedicated to delivering great vehicles when expected. Your primary focus will be matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to paint vehicles inside our paint booths. This role requires a team player who is all-in on our mission and can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.

While we strive to maintain a standard schedule, we do everything we can to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This sometimes means working mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure vehicles are ready for our customers on time.
