About the Role
As an Auto Body Prepper, you will be a vital part of our team, prepping vehicles for paint to ensure they meet our high standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities include sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to varying weather conditions.
We are looking for team players who are all in on our mission. Because we are committed to delivering great vehicles when expected, we may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. If you join us in an entry-level position, we offer training programs to ensure your skills and pay progress alongside the company.
