This position is integral to maintaining world-class quality and efficiency within our warehouse operations. You will serve as a key leader in ensuring the safety, quality, and reliability of our entire plant, demonstrating our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in every task.
Your day involves safely and effectively operating and maintaining assigned machines and warehouse equipment to meet daily order requirements. You will monitor products to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded while strictly adhering to all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The role requires active participation in Total Process Control (TPC) activities and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment. You will also be responsible for verifying components, completing necessary documentation, and arranging for equipment maintenance when needed. Additionally, you will work with ingredients and finished products that may contain food allergens, adhering to strict food safety and quality principles.
