As a Merchandiser, you will be the face of Jacent in the retail environment. This role is designed for a self-starter who enjoys working both independently and within a team setting. You will cultivate relationships with in-store management while executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks. Your work involves implementing plan-o-grams to maximize sales and ensure a consistent brand presence.
This position offers a predictable schedule with daytime hours, typically ranging from 5 to 10 hours per week. You will be responsible for traveling between stores, with mileage and travel time compensated. The role requires comfort in changing environments and the ability to meet specific physical requirements, including standing and walking for 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive movements.
