About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

You will serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing transactions and promoting loyalty programs to initiating store recovery and participating in shrink reduction goals, you will play a vital role in the store's success. This role may involve cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business.
