This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, fostering a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will support the business by processing transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring merchandise is prepared and displayed according to company standards.
