About the Role
This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's needs. Your day will involve modeling positive customer interactions, processing transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring the sales floor remains inviting and well-stocked. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety standards and supporting store recovery efforts throughout the day.

Location and Compensation
This role is based at our Marshalls store located at 721 Central Expressway, Plano, TX (Store 0480). The position offers a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
