Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment for members. Associates play a key part in the logistical flow of the warehouse, from receiving deliveries to ensuring products are ready for purchase on the sales floor.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will be the backbone of the store's inventory management. Your day typically involves unloading trucks and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory to ensure products are properly labeled and displayed. A significant portion of the role involves organizing backroom inventory and setting up promotional displays. Maintaining store organization and adhering to safety standards are critical components of the position. Additionally, you may assist members with locating merchandise, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Overnight shifts focus primarily on stocking and preparing the store for opening, allowing the team to work efficiently before the store opens to the public.
