Merchandise and Stocking Associate

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support daily warehouse club operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment that enhances the member experience. Associates play a key part in ensuring products are properly labeled, displayed, and available for customers.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries and moving merchandise onto the sales floor. Your day may involve using pallet jacks or forklifts to move pallets, stocking shelves and bulk displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. You will also organize backroom inventory and set up promotional displays to drive sales.

In addition to stocking duties, you may assist members with locating merchandise and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts typically focus on stocking and preparing the store for opening, ensuring the club is ready for the next day's business.
