About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment for members. Associates play a key part in the logistics of the warehouse, ensuring that products are available, properly displayed, and ready for purchase.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for the physical movement and organization of merchandise. Your day typically involves unloading deliveries and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will stock shelves and bulk displays, rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and organize backroom inventory. Additionally, you will ensure that all products are properly labeled and displayed according to standards.

Beyond stocking duties, you may assist members with locating merchandise, helping them find the items they need. You will also help maintain store cleanliness and organization, safety standards, and set up promotional displays. Overnight shifts focus heavily on stocking and preparing the store for the store for opening the next day.
