About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and organization of the warehouse environment, ensuring that members have access to well-stocked and properly displayed merchandise.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will play a key role in the flow of goods from delivery to the sales floor. Your day typically involves unloading trucks and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory to ensure products are available for members. Additionally, you will organize backroom inventory and ensure all items are properly labeled and displayed according to safety and cleanliness standards.

Beyond stocking duties, you may assist members with locating merchandise, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Overnight shifts focus heavily on stocking and preparing the store for opening, allowing the team to set up the floor for the next day's operations.
