About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and organization of the warehouse environment, ensuring that members have access to well-stocked and properly displayed merchandise.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will play a key role in the flow of goods from delivery to the sales floor. Your day typically involves unloading trucks and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory to ensure products are available for members. Additionally, you will organize backroom inventory, label merchandise, and set up promotional displays to enhance the shopping experience.

Beyond stocking duties, you will assist members by locating merchandise and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts focus on preparing the store for opening, ensuring the sales floor is ready for the next day's business. You will also help maintain safety standards throughout the warehouse.
