About the Role
Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining an organized, safe, and welcoming environment for members. Associates play a key part in the logistics of the warehouse, ensuring that products are available, properly displayed, and ready for purchase.
Day in the Life
As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer support. You will be responsible for unloading delivery trucks and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will stock shelves and bulk displays, rotate inventory to ensure freshness and organization, and label merchandise accurately.
Beyond the backroom and sales floor, you may assist members with locating merchandise and help maintain overall store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts typically focus on stocking and preparing the store for the store for the next day's operations.
