Merchandise and Stocking Associate

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by engaging Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and organization of the store environment, ensuring that members have a seamless shopping experience.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will play a key role in the backend and frontend operations of the warehouse. Your day typically involves unloading deliveries and moving merchandise onto the sales floor. You will be responsible for stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and displayed.

Associates may also assist members with locating merchandise, helping them find the items they need. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a core part of the role, ensuring that the environment remains safe and welcoming for both members and colleagues.

Overnight shifts focus heavily on stocking and preparing the store for the store for opening the next day, allowing for a well-stocked and organized floor when members arrive.
