About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment for members. Associates play a key part in the logistical flow of the warehouse, ensuring that products are available, properly displayed, and ready for purchase.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for the physical movement and organization of merchandise. Your day typically involves unloading delivery trucks and moving pallets using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. You will stock shelves and bulk displays, rotate inventory to ensure freshness and accuracy, and organize backroom inventory to maintain efficiency.

In addition to stocking duties, you will assist members by locating merchandise and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts focus heavily on stocking and preparing the store for the store for opening, ensuring the sales floor is ready for the next day's business. Throughout your shift, you will ensure products are properly labeled and displayed while adhering to store organization and safety standards.
