Merchandise and Stocking Associate

About the Role

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to support its daily warehouse club operations by hiring Merchandise and Stocking Associates. This role is essential for maintaining an organized, safe, and welcoming environment for members. Associates play a key part in ensuring the store is fully stocked, merchandise is properly displayed, and backroom inventory is managed efficiently.

Day in the Life

As a Merchandise and Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the club running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading delivery trucks, moving pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts, and stocking shelves and bulk displays. You will also rotate inventory to ensure freshness, organize backroom storage, and label merchandise accurately.

In addition to stocking duties, you may assist members with locating products and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Overnight shifts typically focus on stocking and preparing the store for the store for the next day's operations. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
