About the Role
The MEP Superintendent serves as the central coordinator for the construction startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This role is critical to ensuring that all activities align with contract documents and the project schedule. You will work directly with subcontractors and the design team to resolve conflicts, manage quality control processes, and support third-party commissioning activities. The position requires a leader who can effectively manage equipment procurement, develop critical path schedules, and build strong client relations while navigating complex live environments.

Requirements

- verifiedWilling to travel

A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business.
