Every day, our team members do amazing things in pursuit of our shared purpose to build trust with our clients, partners, subcontractors, and teammates. No matter your background, education, or career path, if you share our vision to create extraordinary experiences, you belong at HITT.
The MEP Superintendent serves as the central coordinator for the construction startup and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This role is critical to ensuring that all activities align with contract documents and the project schedule. You will manage the journey from equipment procurement through to final commissioning, working closely with subcontractors and the design team to resolve conflicts and maintain quality control. The position requires a leader who can effectively organize project meetings, develop critical path schedules, and manage documentation for third-party commissioning activities. Success in this role involves building strong client relations while navigating complex live environments and ensuring the seamless integration of MEP systems.
HITT Contracting is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. We evaluate candidates based on their professional experience, skills, and merit to ensure we select the most qualified individuals for our team.
