About the Team
Prisma Community Care is dedicated to providing affirming and inclusive services that promote well-being and advance health equity for diverse communities. Our behavioral health program is designed to empower clients to develop healthy choices and continue to live well, irrespective of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or HIV status. We serve all people with general behavioral health outpatient services while offering a special focus on outpatient treatment for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA).
About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will join a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Under the direction of the Director of Mental & Social Wellness, your primary mission is to address the behavioral health needs of our clients through psychotherapy for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will provide psychotherapy to clients and facilitate referrals to other appropriate human services within the organization or the greater Phoenix area. Additionally, you will support colleagues by providing assistance and learning opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment.
