We are seeking a self-motivated, compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware Mental Health Practitioner I to join our Wilder Day Treatment Center. In this on-call/casual capacity, you will be a vital part of the program's treatment team, working under the guidance of the Mental Health Services Supervisor and Senior Program Manager.
Your primary focus is to maintain a safe, healthy, respectful, and therapeutic environment where clients can thrive. You will play an active role in planning, participating in, and executing scheduled services and activities. This includes providing structure, routine, and consistent expectations to foster a sense of security, while utilizing professional youth care skills to build rapport and engage clients in their social, emotional, and developmental growth.
