About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPCMH, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our team at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna, DE. This position offers PRN weekend coverage, providing flexibility while ensuring critical support for our population.
In this role, you will serve as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, delivering professional mental health assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Your work will directly support rehabilitation and recovery by addressing the behavioral health needs of individuals in a correctional environment. You will conduct individual and group therapeutic interventions, assist in planning program goals, and contribute to the orientation and training of new staff.
