About the Role
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you help shape our members' entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. You are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping them with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
This role means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you to maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area while providing exceptional customer service across the club.
What You'll Do
Beyond cart management, you will ensure club pick-up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delays or unavailable products, offering alternatives when needed, and ensuring items are selected and packaged according to company policies. You will be the first point of contact when members arrive for pickup, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
You will also maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations. Your day will involve acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and processing transactions. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the availability of carts and flatbeds, assisting members with transporting items, and utilizing cart retrieval equipment to keep the parking lot clean.
