About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" into your daily work. You will develop a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them to maximize their independence and participation. Your day will involve providing exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to engaging in recreational activities. A key part of your mission is to help create a safe environment in which to provide this resident care.

Hiring Process
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate and possess current CPR (in-person) and First Aid certifications. MedTech certification is preferred, or at least one year of MedTech experience. Please review the "Know Your Rights" notice from the Department of Labor regarding federal employment laws.
