As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your role involves developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them to maximize their independence and participation. You will provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities. A key part of your day will be helping to create a safe environment where residents can receive the care they deserve.
We welcome new graduates to the team. This position is on-call, covering AM shifts (7:00 am–3:00 pm) and PM shifts (3:00 pm–11:00 pm).
