As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care," developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs to assist them in maximizing their independence and participation.

You will provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities. Your focus will be on creating a safe environment that supports resident well-being while helping them engage meaningfully with their community. This role is designed for those who want to make a meaningful impact every day, whether you are a new graduate or an experienced professional looking to grow your career and leadership skills.
Hiring Process
New graduates are welcome to apply. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. MedTech certification is preferred, or at least one year of MedTech experience.
