About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our resident community. Your role goes beyond basic tasks; you will actively develop an awareness of each resident's unique interests and needs. By providing exemplary care, you will assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation in daily life, ranging from activities of daily living to recreational engagement.
You will help create a safe, supportive environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
