As a Travel Medical Surgical Unit RN, you will deliver high-quality bedside care across diverse acute-care settings. This role exists to ensure comprehensive patient support through direct clinical care, collaboration, and education. You will partner closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage the full spectrum of adult med-surg needs, from initial assessment to discharge planning.
In your day-to-day, you will administer medications, manage IVs, perform wound care, and coordinate care plans while documenting in modern EHR systems. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in mentoring fellow nurses and ancillary staff, fostering a culture of empowerment, transparency, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence patient recovery by educating families on diagnoses, treatments, and safety protocols.
