Arrow ARC is a certified Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business joint venture between Artemis ARC and Aptive Resources. We support Veterans Health Administration facilities across the U.S. through the 10-year Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP). Our mission is to address critical staffing shortages in VHA medical facilities caused by turnover, recruitment challenges, seasonal needs, and emergencies. We are seeking reliable and mission-driven Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) to support Veterans served by the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System in Aurora, CO. This role serves as a critical front-line administrative hub, operating across outpatient clinics, virtual care services, and the Office of Community Care.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for many Veterans, managing appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and inquiries with a strong commitment to Veteran care. You will work within a fast-paced environment, utilizing systems like VistA and CPRS to ensure seamless coordination between internal VA services and external providers. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail, effective communication skills, and a deep respect for the confidentiality and privacy of our Veterans.
Candidates selected for this position must pass a federal background investigation and obtain Tier 1 security clearance. The hiring process includes a review of qualifications and a background check to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
