About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist & Patient Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Your work will directly impact patient satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our clinic. You will manage a full, optimized schedule, greet patients warmly, and handle high call volumes with confidence. Beyond administrative duties, you will support Personal Injury cases by communicating with attorneys and managing related documentation, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
