About the Role
As a Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their entire experience. You will greet patients, manage check-ins, and handle the flow of medical records and new patient information. Beyond administrative duties, you will serve as a vital communication hub, answering calls, directing inquiries, and coordinating documentation with various offices.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses a genuine passion for the Medi Spa industry. You will not only maintain excellent medical and correspondence records but also actively contribute to the office's growth by assisting with revenue generation for treatments and retail. The position requires a blend of organizational precision and a cheerful, upbeat personality that can adapt to the dynamic needs of our patients and team members.
