The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and professional environment from the moment they arrive. You will assist doctors by preparing patients for treatment, collecting health history details, and performing basic ophthalmic assessments such as visual acuity and intraocular pressure tests. Your ability to maintain a clean, orderly waiting area and handle sensitive patient data with strict compliance to HIPAA and other regulations ensures that both patients and staff can focus on quality care.
