The Rover Practice Coordinator is a dynamic role designed to perform all core functions of a Practice Coordinator while providing critical support across a defined state or region. This position is essential for maintaining operational continuity, backfilling planned and unplanned staffing gaps, and supporting practices experiencing increased volume or operational demand.
You will deliver high-quality front office operations and exceptional customer service to both in-person and remote patients and clinicians. As a culture carrier, you will help create a positive, supportive, and professional working environment, engaging in activities that promote connection and the LifeStance mission. Your day will involve managing patient queues, resolving scheduling and billing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, clinicians, and the broader team.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA, with additional travel and remote support required for surrounding locations within a defined regional radius. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel by automobile to multiple locations are required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
