As an Access Associate, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of our clinic operations. You will be the face of our organization, greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling incoming calls with a professional and respectful demeanor.
Your day will involve ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors. From verifying demographic and insurance information to managing the waiting area, you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and administrative functions. Whether you are opening and closing the building or maintaining accurate records in our electronic medical record system, your work ensures our clinic is ready to provide the highest quality care.
