About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our Laboratory Services team. In this onsite role, you will be the backbone of our diagnostic capabilities, performing routine and complex testing to support timely clinical decisions. You will process and analyze specimens, validate results, and operate laboratory instruments with precision.
Your work will directly impact patient care as you collaborate closely with nurses and physicians. You will adhere to strict quality and safety standards, ensuring that every result meets regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform routine and specialized diagnostic tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and transfusion services
- check_circlePrepare, label, and process patient specimens following strict identification and handling procedures
- check_circleOperate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and instruments
- check_circleReview and validate test results, recognizing and troubleshooting discrepancies
- check_circleDocument and follow quality control and quality assurance procedures to meet regulatory standards
- check_circleCollaborate with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to support timely patient care decisions
- check_circleAdhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times

Requirements
- verifiedASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility) as a Medical Laboratory Technician
