About the Role

Quest Diagnostics is a Fortune 500 company leading the world in providing diagnostic information services, and we are now recruiting for Medical Laboratory Scientist positions ranging from entry-level to experienced professionals.
This role is based in Wood Dale, IL, operating Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with rotational weekends. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a critical part in our mission to provide accurate diagnostic information. You will analyze specimens using approved testing procedures, review and release test results, and ensure all activities adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA safety guidelines. Your work will directly support patient care by maintaining rigorous standards for specimen handling, processing, and record-keeping.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $26.48 to $43.70 per hour. Offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additionally, employees may be eligible for a shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on the second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on the third shift.
