About the Role

We are seeking an Instructor/Operator to support our government customer in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will deliver instructor-led medical training across classroom, field, and simulated environments. You will be responsible for executing training in both individual and collective settings, including battlefield simulation conditions, while supporting Active Duty, Army Reserve, National Guard, and Department of Army Civilians.

Your day-to-day will involve developing and executing realistic medical training scenarios that integrate battlefield conditions, casualty effects, and scenario injects. You will configure and manage simulation environments, perform operator-level maintenance on medical training devices, and troubleshoot operational issues. Additionally, you will conduct student evaluations, manage After Action Reviews (AARs), and capture lessons learned to support continuous training improvement. This position requires readiness to support simultaneous and surge training operations while ensuring strict compliance with safety, risk management, and security requirements.
