This position is located at the Seton Medical Building in Kyle, TX, within the AMG Orthopedics department. You will work in a customer service capacity, providing essential administrative and clerical support to patients and visitors in a medical setting. Your day will involve greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will verify insurance authorizations, handle medical record release requests, and coordinate patient appointments. Additionally, you will manage daily financial tasks, including entering charges, collecting co-payments, and reconciling deposits, while providing general office support to the assigned area.
