We are a third-party recruiting partner hiring for a confidential healthcare organization in Albuquerque, NM. We are seeking a Front Office Representative to join a busy front office environment where you can support patients and stay organized. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering a welcoming, professional front desk experience and is looking for stability and long-term growth through a temp-to-hire pathway.
As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Your day will involve greeting guests, answering phones, and routing calls with a focus on excellent phone etiquette. You will manage daily administrative workflows, including scheduling appointments, verifying patient demographics, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will assist with basic insurance verification, collect payments or co-pays, and support clinical staff with administrative coordination. Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism is essential in this fast-paced setting.

The hourly pay rate is $15.00 to $16.00. Associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Paid leave options, including sick leave and holiday pay, are also available.
