About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal leadership role within our Lancaster, PA office, blending clinical expertise with administrative oversight. You will manage a balanced schedule of 50% administrative duties and 50% clinical work, ensuring the seamless operation of our medical, psychiatric, and staffing services. As the primary provider based at our location, you will oversee a dedicated team including LPNs, a charge nurse, CRNPs, and psychiatrists.
In your day-to-day clinical practice, you will maintain a patient load of 3–9 individuals, conducting 60-minute new evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. The role offers a structured M–F, 40-hour workweek with no call duties or weekend requirements, allowing for a sustainable work-life balance while you drive the quality of care at our facility.
