About the Role
We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN or LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting. This role exists to ensure continuity of care for children requiring complex medical support, including those with tracheostomies, ventilators, G-tubes, BiPAP, or IV needs.
You will work in a flexible environment with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available. Shifts are designed to accommodate various schedules, with Day and Night options available in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks. The primary focus is on delivering compassionate, skilled care directly within the family's home, collaborating closely with the care team and families to monitor patient conditions and execute physician orders.
