About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant looking to apply their skills in an unconventional setting that blends clinical and administrative support. The role is designed to ensure the efficient operation of the office by bridging patient care with financial management.

The Role

As a Permanent Medical Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the team. Your day will involve performing routine clinical tasks such as taking vitals, preparing patients for examinations, and administering medication under the direction of a physician. Beyond clinical duties, you will assist in managing patient care by scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals. A unique aspect of this position involves collaborating with the finance team to maintain financial records, process invoices, and contribute to cost management and budget preparation. You will also help prepare reports for management, including financial reports and health outcomes data.

Schedule and Duration

This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 6 months. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some Saturdays required.
