Our team observes best practices and strives to attain the best outcomes possible for their patients. We are looking for a Medical Assistant with strong clinical experience and a passion for Oncology to join our dedicated group.
About the Role
In this position, you will assist providers in the administration of patient care within assigned clinical areas. Your day-to-day involves supporting patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies, treatments, and dressing changes. You will also perform general administrative duties ensuring compliance with JCAHO, CLIA, NCQA, and government standards, alongside company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleObtain and document age-specific measurements including height, weight, and pulse oximetry
- check_circleConduct and document hearing, vision, respiratory, and ECG testing
- check_circleObtain, document, and process patient specimens using appropriate collection equipment
- check_circleRoom patients by documenting chief complaints, allergies, vital signs, and medication lists
- check_circlePerform condition-specific screenings such as depression and asthma assessments
- check_circlePrepare visit charts by locating and organizing diagnostic test results and reports
