Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare laboratory order forms and obtain patient lab results
- check_circleDocument patient progress notes in the patient chart and EMR
- check_circleAnswer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- check_circleConduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns
- check_circleMonitor daily inventory levels of clinical and office supplies
- check_circlePerform daily scanning and uploading of documents into patient files
- check_circleTrain additional staff on daily procedures when requested
- check_circleParticipate in clinic marketing efforts to promote profitability
- check_circleObtain patient vitals, perform EKGs, and conduct phlebotomy procedures
- check_circleAdminister intramuscular (IM) injections to patients
Requirements
- verifiedMedical Assistant certification
- verifiedFront office experience including insurance and VOB knowledge
- verifiedClinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy
