We are transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better. As a family-owned and physician-led organization, our unique approach allows us to improve the health and well-being of the populations we serve. We are rapidly expanding our mission to rescue more seniors from inadequate health care, and we need great people to join our team.
ChenMed is different from most primary care providers. We are changing lives every day—for both our patients and our team members. We are looking for individuals who are innovative, entrepreneurial, and possess an off-the-charts work ethic. We value those who inspire others with kindness and joy.
The Care Promoter 1 is an integral member of a Physician-lead Care Team focused on providing excellent and comprehensive primary care for a specific population of patients. This role is designed for an unlicensed medical professional who is cross-trained to perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep our medical centers running smoothly.
While duties vary by setting depending on size, location, and type, the Care Promoter 1 works under direct physician supervision in accordance with state medical practice acts. You will be the heartbeat of the center, ensuring patient flow and supporting the team in delivering compassionate care. Whether you are measuring vital signs, assisting with examinations, or providing health coaching to support healthy lifestyle choices, your work directly impacts the lives of our patients.
We offer great compensation, comprehensive benefits, and significant opportunities for career development and advancement. Our employees enjoy a great work-life balance while making a difference in people's lives every single day.
