About the Team
Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. We employ approximately 400 providers and 1,200 support staff covering a wide variety of specialties, now offering more than 73 subspecialty services. Our physicians provide clinical care while serving in pivotal academic, research, and leadership roles.
As part of the Dignity Health hospital system, DHMG has full access to staff and facilities on our hospital campuses. This unique relationship allows us to provide state-of-the-art patient services, including care for the poor and disenfranchised. Our mission is consistent with Dignity Health's mission and St. Joseph's guiding principles, focusing on innovative clinical care and the pursuit of excellence through scholarly activities. We are also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers, hosting 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows across 25 academic programs.
