Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare records from recent consultations for provider review and send to consulting providers for referrals or diagnostic procedures
- check_circleFacilitate transportation arrangements and communicate with patients in need
- check_circlePerform point of care testing including EKG, phlebotomy, and urine collection per policies
- check_circleObtain vital signs and communicate patient needs to the registered nurse
