The Medical Administrative Assistant serves as the vital first point of contact for patients, visitors, and external stakeholders. In this fast-paced outpatient clinic environment, you will be the face of our organization, delivering excellent customer service while managing patient flow and supporting operational needs. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our electronic health records and ensuring a seamless experience for those we serve.
You will navigate a dynamic setting where quick decisions are often required to address crises or manage a busy front desk. While the environment can be intense and occasionally unpredictable, you will be supported by a team-centered approach and provided with the necessary resources, including PPE, to perform your duties safely and effectively.
