The Medicaid & ACA Manager serves as a critical operational, analytical, and coordination leader, supporting the strategic and execution of Medicaid and Affordable Care Act (ACA) programs. This role partners closely with the Director to translate strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring initiatives impacting medical cost, revenue, regulatory compliance, and member outcomes are effectively planned and monitored. You will act as a bridge between data and action, synthesizing complex information into clear insights to drive decision-making across the ACA Individual and Small Group Markets.
This position is eligible for remote, hybrid, or onsite work in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
